CX30™ is a 30-minute personal training inspired strength workout. A structured, scientific training approach that caters to all levels of ability and demands. CX30™ will train the muscles of the trunk that stabilise the spine and transmit load between the upper and lower limbs. CX30™ will provide participants with the confidence that they are training effectively and safely, with an intensity that will shape and tone their waistline.
