Sizzler CX30 Release 3

The new LES MILLS™ revolutionary core training program returns with another workout that sets fire to all the muscles that help you run faster, play harder and stand stronger. The Warmup puts you In The Moment, engaging the upper and lower abs and obliques, both separately and together, preparing them for the assault to come. In Core Strength 1, you’ll take a three-dimensional approach to the task at hand - a Hover with Arm Sweep, up and down to a Plank, and then Cycle. Feel that burn, then forget about it ... focus on the result. Track 3 uses the resistance tube to work on the muscular slings used in functional movement, adding some tension to lunging and twisting motions. Don’t toss away that tubing just yet. You’ll need it in the second Standing Strength track, which attacks the glutes and hips to develop balance. You may need to “think about it”, but don’t forget to smile through the pain. Now Shake It ... you’re about to be seduced into Side Plank submission. Lift those hips higher for best results. Finally, Track 6 hones in on your glutes and back with a wicked combination of Rear Leg Extensions. Thirty minutes is all it takes for your core annihilation ...
